Continue to support the efforts of the West Memphis public schools through projects such as Adopt a School and Arkansas Promise in an effort to increase community-wide involvement and participation in our schools at all levels.
Helps in assisting the City of West Memphis Office of Economic Development in the recruitment and retention of local industry with continued support of the county-wide Economic Development project.
To disperse legislative information to members while serving as the Chamber's liaison with the county legislative delegation.
Develop and cultivate leadership skills among 9th grade students by monthly associations with adult leaders in the areas of business, industry, education, government, health care, law and human services.

Build on the successful program originally begun in 1996, which brings future leaders of the community together in a team-building setting while encouraging their participation in the community's solutions and challenges.
Continue development of a marketing plan involving the City of West Memphis and Chamber officials addressing problems and the overall appearance of the city resulting in a stronger city image and increased community pride.
To help bridge the gap between the Chamber leadership, staff and individual members by communicating and marketing services to our business community, which will increase new membership and retain current members.

Maintain Chamber by-laws, policies and procedures while offering recommendations regarding future revisions to increase the level of the Chamber's professionalism and productivity.
