Leadership Crittenden County 

Created in 1996, the Leadership Crittenden County program allows local professionals to learn more about their community, to work with local leaders to address problems and achieve solutions. This program encourages graduates to become better leaders within their community and profession. In 2001, Leadership Alumni was formed from this program. Junior Leadership

The Junior Leadership program was formed in 1999 as an extension of the Leadership Crittenden County program.  The class is made up of 15 students from area junior high schools including East Junior High, West Junior High, Wonder Junior High, and West Memphis Christian.The purpose of the program is to introduce West Memphis 9th graders to personal growth opportunities and become familiar with our local businesses and business leaders.
